General Trauma
Mr. Hijazi is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in shoulder, sports knee surgery, and general trauma. He earned his medical degree from University of Health Sciences Lahore in 2009 and entered Orthopaedics Training in 2011 at King Edward Medical University, Mayo Hospital, Lahore. He moved to Ireland in 2016. Mr. Hijazi completed his specialist training with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (FRCSI, Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery) and further advanced his skills through a dedicated Shoulder Surgery Fellowship at the Dublin Shoulder Institute.
Mr. Humayun Hijazi holds additional qualifications from the European Board of Orthopaedics & Traumatology (FEBOT), the Faculty of Sports & Exercise Medicine (MFSEM), and SECEC European Shoulder & Elbow Certification.
A member of the European Shoulder & Elbow Community and the International Society of Orthopaedic Surgery & Traumatology, Mr. Hijazi is currently serving as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore. He works closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
